At PheraFragrances, we take pride in offering high‑quality fragrances and an exceptional shopping experience. Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made on www.pherafragranceoutlet.com

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened items unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right. 

  • To qualify for a replacement:

  •  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number

Include clear photos of:

  1. The damaged item

  2. The packaging

  3. The shipping label

 

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, PheraFragrances is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer

 

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock after purchase

  • The order is canceled within the allowed cancellation window

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or incorrect item

 

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
